Textron washer pump...

Trying to figure out what's knackered, the washer pump or the floppy stalk. The stalk operates everything fine apart from the windscreen..

Pulled the washer pump off and wouldn't mind testing it but not sure what pin is positive and negative. There's no identifiers on the pump.

Anyone know?
