Hi,

My friend is locked out of there car.

They have lost both keys (Rover 75 2.5 V6)
they don't have the bar codes or anything but they obviously have v5 as their proof of ownership.

what would need to be done and how much may this cost? I am willing to tow this car to have it unlocked and a new key programmed if it's a posibility.
