Rover owners: Mk2 MGZS120 with factory fitted 180 kit

The daughters ZS is up for sale as she has new Nissan SUV ( don't ask me lol ) she needed a 7 seater due to birth of her new baby boy so the ZS has been sat for a month, if it doesn't sell I will store it out the rear of my house and strip it for parts after Christmas.
It's an 05plate on 94 thousand miles and has been in the family for 6 years, in that time it's never lets us down only needing tyres, brakes, oil and filters apart from trailing arm bushes last year and front lower arms the year before so not bad really. Always starts first time everytime drives well and stops as it should.
It's firefrost red with original paint and panels no accident damage or welding anywhere, it's a good solid and straight example. Factory fitted 180 body kit which makes a big difference from standard ZS also has the 11 spoke alloys which are much sort after. Just had oil and genuine filter and benefits from a cat back s/steel longlife system with lifetime guarantee and paper work. Everything on the car works ie ice cold air con with digital climate control, front and rear electric windows, electric and heated mirrors, heated front seats and rear parking sensors.
Interior is Monaco half leather (not pvc as used on the matrix seats which always split ) drivers bolster is excellent which is unusual for one of these nowadays. Interior also has Honda front light and a Renault rear interior light both with map lights a nice upgrade.
Two recent front tyres fitted with receipt, old mots included along with original owners hand book, radio code card with key code and also Mcgaurd code card for locking wheel nuts , obviously one locking key comes with car.
Recent mot beginning of August was straight through no advisories as usual so 10 months left on current mot. It had the head gasket done in 2009 before we purchased it and there is a receipt in there for £500.
