Hi guys i'm Charlie from Newport, S.Wales. Today I stole a car from a seller, well it felt like I stole it...as I only paid £100 for a 2003 MG ZR 2.0TD with 110k on the clock...oh and its grey
Its been standing for over a year, has no MOT and is mouldy inside.....but...... after not being started for so long, I wired a jump pack and vroom!! first turn of the key!!
Took it for a spin around the block after cleaning the brakes a bit that were seized. Every gear was smooth, no smoke, little stuttering but I was expecting that. I was advised that before t was SORN the throttle position sensor was faulty and needed new calipers on the rear, little bit of rust here & there but no rot or bad damage.
I have towed her to the car was for a full valet so atleast I wont catch any nasties from the mould. Booked in for MOT next Monday.......

Remap.....or RONBOX.....not sure yet
New coils and shocks
Detailed - calipers, trim, interior paint etc

I have set a budget for around £700 for parts as I will do the work myself.
