TF misfire error codes

I am still trying to track down the TF 2002 VVC 160 misfire. History: Car begins to misfire after it get to correct temp. I have replaced coil packs and plugs and YES I DID check to see if the new stuff was OK. It PASSED ALL TESTS. So not coils and plugs.
The car has a new Kmaps ECU

Here is the list from the pscan diagnostic.

The ever helpful guys for Kmaps point out that there is no fuel pump/manifold/intake/boost/hot lamp diagnostic in the ecu.

Not worried about the A/C

Is the P0340 Camshaft position caused by the P1522 intake solenoid or the other way around? And I don't understand the P1316 error code.

Is the P0650 MIL telling me there is an engine check light on or the MIL is malfunctioning?

Is it time to put the new O2 sensor in?
