BCU repaired - now nothing works!

I'm after some really quick help here chaps.



The BCU in my girlfriend's 160 has been playing up so it's been off on a holiday to see Technozen and get mended.



I received it back today and my mechanic has re-fitted it, but now there are some major problems.



The car won't start, things like the windows, heaters, fogs etc. won't turn on either.



Central locking won't work.



Head lights and hazards work. Indicators don't.



It's all very odd, the real issue being that my mechanic is off on holiday for three weeks tomorrow.



I'm sure the problem is not the BCU itself as it's just been repaired. Does anyone know if it's something obvious to do with the re-fitting?
