could it be something else!!

hi all, i had a post on a wasp buzz sound coming from my janspeed exhaust but i am confused as when parked up and holding the car at say 3000rpm there is no wasp sound the exhaust sounds fine, its only when driving with your foot on the throttle, i ask myself am i looking in the wrong place!!! i also have a k&n cone filter fitted should i be looking there instead and also when i hit the exhaust with a rubber hammer theres does not seem to be anything loose.... help and thoughts as its driving me mad and dont want to spend money on a new back box to find its not that.. thanks all
