Constant beeping turning ignition?

Anyone have any idea what this beeping noise is?



Is happens basically as soon as I try to start, it wont start back up, even if I have been driving for an hour, as soon as it's off, that's it.. starts beeping and wont start.



Unsure whether it's the battery or not, but the only way I can get it to actually start is by using jump leads and jumping from a vans battery, lol.



But the odd thing is, it look as if it has a lot of power, car locks and unlocks quickly, normally when it's low on battery it is extremely sluggish, lights on the dash are lit pretty brightly, etc.
