how to replace or repair Vent-air extractor??

ok, got another problem yesterday. I noticed that some water leaking in my boot just under the carpet after rain or car wash. It seems that the water comes from the Vent-air extractor which the bottom doesn't seal with body properly. I thought it was just loosing and have tried to push this back but wasn't work. My question is, does the extractor fitted with screws? coz it looks hard to remove. Do I need to replace the entire extractor?
