MG ZS 120 mk2 Cruise Control?
MG ZS 120 mk2 Cruise Control?
Hello everyone! I recently bought an MG ZS as my first car, odd first car but I'm in my mid twenties. I'm getting on fine with it, couldn't be happier. But I did notice driving it home the first night that it had an extra stick behind the left indicator. It didn't seem to do anything when I started fiddling with it, upon closer inspection at home I think it's cruise control? I've looked in the car manual and it isn't listed as standard and there is nothing in my paperwork (it's all there) about it being retrofitted. I've looked online and can't really find anything either. I don't know a great deal about these cars but I know my one was registered very late 2005, and wondered if it was possibly a dummy arm on whatever dashes they had left in the last days of MG? It matches the dash colour and looks factory fitted, I can't get it to work but it does have a wire leading into the steering column.... Anyway I was hoping someone could shed some light on it, probably to tell me it's a very common feature and I didn't research hard enough!
I have some photos, but not sure how to embed them without them being stupidly big, so I will leave the links instead. Thanks!
