Hi from Jersey

Originally hailing from Aston, in Birmingham, I've been living in Jersey for almost 40 years.

Have always had a fondness for Rover vehicles, with many of my family having worked at Rover over the decades.

Recently bought a 2001 Rover 25 with just above 60k on the clock and I love it to bits.

I think it looks great, the radiator grill especially and I hope to undo some of the neglect it has suffered from having been used, I assume, as an economical commuter car rather than a cherished family member, throughout its 15 years.

There's a lot wrong with it and I'm no mechanic. Neither can I afford one.

Mostly niggles and lack of servicing, I suspect.

Most concerning is the noises from what I assume to be the CV joints, when turning.

I hope to gain some valuable help and advice here and will be grateful for all input.
