Key fob not working

As in the title, I have two keys but one of them doesn't work (electronically) have changed the battery with new ones but still no good.

That key won't start car either (cuz of faulty fob I assume).

Although I have a key that does work, I would like the other one to also in case the good one fails or gets lost/mislaid.

Any ideas, please?
