So the car im going to buy has just had its mot done and when i checked it online there is an advisory for a slight engine oil leak, so before i buy the car is there any kind of common problems with oil leaks that i should be worried about? The head gasket was replaced 30k ago and im hoping it wont be that again. I would go and ask at the mot station but i havent spoke to the owner yet and as such dont know where it was tested and then the tester may not remember anyway.
